Heart Healthy Blueberry Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup blueberries 3/4 cup pomegranate juice 1/2 cup low-fat plain Greek-style yogurt 1/2 cup skim milk 1/2 cup rolled oats 1/4 cup granular sucralose sweetener (such as Splenda®) 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions:
Blend blueberries, pomegranate juice, yogurt, milk, oats, sweetener, and cinnamon together in a blender until smooth, about 2 minutes.
